I received a pop up from this company on this free sample of vanishing cream. The only thing that vanished was  substantial money from my account and their integrity. I was required to give my credit card to cover shipping only. Charges was made on 11/25/15 - 2 charges, one for the 'free' sample and the other for shipping. Then, a few days later I was charged again, twice, for $96.59 each time on this same date. I had received nothing. In addition, each of those two charges were made by different people.  Apparently the definition of  'FREE' to these people meant that they were free to extract unspecified amounts of money from my account.

Next I went directly to their web site where they had a note that stated that there would be a $96 charge after 14 days and gave a phone number for customer service. I called that number and discussed the issue with their representative. Two issues were discussed: terms and conditions; what I was charged for.

Terms and conditions. When completing the order for a free sample it stated that I agreed to the terms and conditions but it didn't delineate what they were. The representative stated that they were on another page and not where it was mentioned at the closing. This effort of theirs to conceal the content of the terms by placing the definition at a remote location was absolute trickery. But this discussion with the representative was based entirely on the content of their web site AND NOT THEIR POP UP which was different. I had requested the 'free' sample through their pop up and had not used their web site, that had the terms and conditions, which I didn't have at the time.

The terms and conditions stated on the website (irrelevant since the web site was not accessed) allotted 18 days (not including weekends) for a declination response.  These terms and agreements allows 14 trial days and 4+ shipping days (18+ term days allowed), yet charges were levied on the 14 day or before the end of the trial period alone and  6 days before the end of both the trial period and shipping period, 18 days. A declination response was filed on the 14th day. Subsequently the violated their own terms and agreements stated in their web site had their website been accessed.

What I was charged for. In their web site they referred to themselves as © 2015 Brilliant Eye Cream in their web sites footer code and Brilliant Eye Cream LLC. In their terms and conditions. That's not who charged me. Brilliant Eye Cream had two other people, each under different names, charge me on the same day (Wondrous Skin, and GRTFINGSKN8554548657). This was also a violation to their own Terms and Agreements.

When I told the representative that I was not charged by [© 2015] Brilliant Eye Cream I was told that Brilliant Eye Cream was not the company name. So what was the company name? I had two names. The representative replied "Wondrous Skin". So who was this other company? I told her that I was charged twice on the same day. The representative replied "you were only charged once." I told her that I was also charged by GRTFINGSKN8554548657 which I was. The representative again replied "you were only charged once."

I did receive the 'free' sample, nothing more and I told that to the representative.  So then, when I asked their representative what I was being charged for she said it was for 'that' (free sample?). Wanting a more specific answer I said "was 'that' for the free sample?" to which she replied "yes.".

Bottom line, Wondrous Skin (aka © 2015 Brilliant Eye Cream, aka Brilliant Eye Cream LLC. akaGRTFINGSKN8554548657, and aka Flawless Wrinkle Cream (fromtwo other consumer complaints))  had feloniously entered four charges against me, one for $4.25 on 11/24, one for $5.32 also on 11/24, twice for 96.59 on 12/08 and they used the US Postal Service to assist in the delivery on 11/24/15. It's time to contact USPS investigations.
