Wood and Wells Was not allowed to refund a product I bought online, and which was not as advertised.
Wood and Wells Took six weeks to send a pocket chainsaw I ordered online. Product did not match online photos and was not useable. Only one of the two pocket chainsaws arrived to me. I had to complain loudly to be refunded for the saw that did not arrive, and was given to way to return the item that did arrive, but was not as advertised. Contact with customer service was frustratingly ineffective.
