Let's see $3 a day for $500 owed. That's just over 166 days which is just over five months. In that five month period your monthly income of $115 would have come to $575. Are you saying that after 5 months and having $575 direct deposit into the bank, you still owe more than $500? If so I would definately have to agree that you went over your limit. Quite a bit over your limit. As a previous posting said, contact the bank and see what you can work out. Stop all checks, debit card and automatic debits so you don't keep getting NSF fees.

If you know that you only get $115 a month, then perhaps you should not spend more than what you have so that you can avoid overdrafts in the future.
It is NOT the bank's fault that you went over your limit. They have every right to collect the associated fees as outlined in the terms and conditions you agreed to when choosing to open an account there.

You can't call wal-mart because of the bank. The bank is a separate entity than wal-mart. Also, woodforest gives you seven days to fix the problem. You need to go in to the bank and talk to them. They offer a special kind of program to help you give a certain percentage of your income to help you resolve the problem.
