My problems started soon after i opened my account, automatic withdrawals and purchases made by point of sale without my consent became prevelant. Each and every month to the tune of 700.00 in overdraft fees that have not been returned. I have changed debit cards twice and personally called each and every person who debited without my consent. While most refunded woodforest never did and told me they were in the wrong. I asked why they allowed direct debits or atm debits when there were no funds. Again I was told they were in the right.
Over the course of1yr I have lost more money at this bank than anywhere else. All of these purchases were unauthorized any yet the bank says they have no obligation to refund the overdrafrts they created. 2.718 dollars this year.

I went to the bank and hadm my debit card cut up again. On the 11th of 0ct this year. Now i just yesterday had a direct debit for 300.00 taken out and the bank is no help.
