Complaint Review: woodforest national bank

woodforest national bank when you tell someone to stop payment on something and they dont causing overdraft fees on a fixed income account and they wont fix there mistake there is a problem. im sick of woodforest taking money that is not theirs. they are rude and dishonest. .. Internet

 Ok it all started when the branch have me false info about transferring money from 1 account to the other...I got hit waith so many overdraft fees that they said was my fault and wouldn't do anything about..than they let a payment go through that was stopped causing more fees...well ×i was helped but told they wouldn't help me anymore...so when they let another payment to through causing me 16 more overdraft fee I was told sorry nothing we can do.. Really you were informed payment should not go through...they even made 1 account charge off because of fees they caused.
