Complaint Review: Woodhaven Homes - Vision Homes

We have had a very similar problem with Vision Homes. They claim to have a 2 year warranty. Not true. We have had their contractors out more than 12 times for problems with our system. Not only have they not fixed our system, they have miswired it several times and eventually caused the system to stop working. We finally had to contact another company to temporarly repair the problem since Vision Homes technicians were not capable after more than 12 visits to our home and causing our unit to spark and stop working. We have had 4 other companies out and have now verified the unit we have is too small for the home we have. We invited Vision Homes to be present during our evaluation to which we recieved no response. We are now paying to add another unit to our home.

Vision homes also ended our warranty early due to the fact we had to have another company come out since their contractor was not able to resolve our complaints. They do not honor their warranty and do not use capable contractors. BEWARE!!!
