Complaint Review: Woodhaven Property Management

 I am being 100% honest when I say that this is the worst place I've ever rented in Denver and I've spent my entire life here. I had perfect credit and rental history and it was destroyed due to this company lying about their units being infested with bedbugs. When I notified management about the issues within the first 12 days, they denied all responsibilty and tried to blame me for being upset about it. I had no where else to move so I spoke to the regional manager who advised me to move to a partner complex called Westwood apartments. I was there for 5 months of a 6 month lease and they ignored issues the entire time. A manager wasn't ever on site most of the time and the complex wasn't maintained properly at all. I lost my job due to moving and missing work and was evicted without proper notification and lost everything I own because of them. Now, my credit and rental history is destroyed and I'm homeless. These are truly horrible people. Read their other reviews. Not joking...
