On Sunday July 28th at approximately 1:30pm I brought my 2013 Audi S5 to Woodlands Wash and Lube. I purchased the "Works" car wash and handed the keys over the the Woodlands Wash and Lube employee (Charlie).

This facility has windows inside in which the customer can watch the car go through the wash. As Charlie drove my car into the wash I observed him have difficulties getting the wheels to line up in the guiderail. He had wedged the car in the guiderail so bad that the wash needed to be shut down and he had another employee (Josh) assist him in getting my car free. I observed Josh enter my vehicle and sharply turn the wheel to dislodge my car from the guiderail. After this the car was aligned in the guiderail and they started the wash again, but as my car traveled through the wash I immediately noticed damage (gouges, deep scrapes and scratches) to my wheel.

As the car was driven over to the drying location I waited until the employees indicated they were complete by waiving me over. Once I walked over I asked about the damage and the Manager on Duty (Steve) was called over. Steve was very rude and said there was no way the damage could have
happened at their facility. I informed him I watched the entire situation and asked him to discuss with his employees Josh and Charlie. He came back and
acknowledged that his employees had an issue getting my car into the rails, but said there was nothing he would do about it and told me to talk to the General Manager.

On Wednesday July 31st I visited Woodlands Wash and Lube to speak with the General Manager Jeff Pledger. Mr. Pledger was extremely rude and accused me of lying by indicating someone else had driven my car and damaged it without me knowing. I informed him the car is brand new and nobody has driven it except for me. He also acknowledged his employees admitted problems getting my car into the guiderail system, but also said there was nothing he would do about it.
