Made a payment over the phone at 2 AM. My water service was disconnected at 2 PM and charged a $50 reconnection fee. The cut off notice states:Termination of service Will occur if payment is not made before 7:30 AM. They will not restore my service unless I come in and pay the full amount plus the $50 reconnection fee although it has already been debited out of my account. They will also not refund the payment I made after I go pay it in person.
