Woodspring suites Over charged then threw us out Rochester hills Michigan
Due to heated conversation with the incompetent young girls that we were trying to explain that our banks on two separate rooms showed double charged the one room got thrown out. Blamed our banks for the problem. Took no responsibility or tried to work with us. Hours later other room got threatened with police if we did not leave. No threat at all to anyone. Had my money and booted everyone out. Due to lateness and no vehilce of the eviction.
I had to go to high priced hotel next door.. still no resolution of over $700.00 they had on two separate rooms and out in the street. We are seniors and have never ever been dealt with in such a manner. I hope someone loses their job cause this is despicable. In the end finally after trying to deal with bank hotel and Orbitz got charged a night out of my money .. I was fun I did not deserve this and they know it ..rip off !!! Never go back to this chain or recommend!!!!
