Woodview.com WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH!! NO GRILLE, LONG HOLDS, UNBELIEVABLE!! Edison New Jersey

On 3/18/09 I ordered a grill for my customer, a 2005 Lincoln Aviator. $225 for the grill. The sales which picked up RIGHT AWAY :), friendly, took the order and said it was in stock and it was going out next day. I went on to finish the repairs on the truck and told my customer he would get it completed with grill installed. 3-4 days ETA for shipping turned into a week, two weeks. Third week they told me they didnt have that specific one in stock and they had another one which looked better for an additional $120.

I informed my client he said order it. Another week goes by still nothing, here I AM NEARLY A MONTH LATER AND NOTHING!!!! NO TRACKING NUMBER! Today I called they said it wont ship out till next Monday. The waiting time for the customer service is a good 20-25 minutes, and when you do finally get to someone they again place you on hold or they send you to another department. This company is unbelievable. On top of that I lost my customer, he left very angry not at WOODVIEW.COM, but at ME!!!

I had to give him all the money back, and now I'm stuck with trying to get my money back on the debit card. $345! I've ordered with dozens of companies from all over the country even world lol and have never had such a situation. Please keep in mind Im in Boston, and they're only in New Jersey. I would never buy from them again, and I'll highly disregard them to everyone I know.
