Complaint Review: Woot

woot Ripoff took my money, Failed to answer e-mails, No product Internet

On March 1st, I ordered a Vivitar 4mp Digital camera from Woot.com. My account was charged $114.99 the same day. After, over 2 weeks I e-mailed them to ask about the product. No answer

Searched the website for answers (FAQ) logged in and went to "previous orders as stated in the (FAQ) Nothing at all there, No "previous orders" listed. waited a couple of days, hoping to get an answer to my first e-mail, I e-mailed again, and again. No answer. Posted a couple of questions in the "Woot Community
No Help .

Now I have to go throught the trouble of doing a chargeback . What a pain. Beware of Woot.com
