Long Product delays. Inability to reach customer service. On the phone for up to 30 min on hold, only to be told that the voice mail was full. Made errors inputting cc information for monthly loyalty program, thereby causing payments to not process. Even when working to correct the errors, and reinstating our status, they did it again. This time they said their European system was hacked and messed up a lot of cc inputs. Long story short. They still have 225 loyalty points of ours that we paid for. (Equivalent to $225 US shopping on their site)

We were told we could not use them until we had 3 consecutive months of payments. Hard to do when they keep making these mistakes. 2). They keep making promises for upgraded technology to bring people into the business. but have still not delivered on July 2017 availability date of their cell phone. The Blood sugar monitoring they promised for Oct 20-7 at the latest.. is still hanging I’m limbo. In short - seems to be a pyramid scheme
