I'd briefly played with their AI software over a year ago. I registered the account with an email address that also has a PayPal account attached to it and the company used it to fraudulently charge me with no authorization for payment. There is no way this should have gone through as a payment.
I only just tried the software once. Thankfully, it's PayPal and I immediately filed an "unauthorized charge" report so I should get it back. And since I used a credit card at least an account wasn't overdrawn. But let this be a warning NEVER to try WordAI. You may very well find yourself having to clean up a fraudulent charge.
