Complaint Review: Wordpress.com

I have been robbed because no services were supplied by Wordpress.com despite multiple attempts to work with the "support team".   Upon my "upgrade", all site functionality was removed and their "Guaranteed support" team was rude, and arrogant. The 14-day refund window passed because their support team repeatedly told me the site was simply updating. Despite repeated attempts to make the site functional again, the site status never changed. After 6 months of attempting to work with their "support" team, which was guaranteed to be the perk of the upgrade and is pumped across the entire internet of affiliate parter sites, the Wordpress.com "support" team never helped me with the site and even made sarcastic comments after putting off my tickets for 24 hours. I even hired one of their advertised partner site repair services but they couldn't fix it either. It's a disgusting oligarchy on web services. Please get them to return my money, and return my site functionality to https://megafiction.wordpress.com please. My only crime was purchasing the upgrade and trusting in their support team, but they have destroyed my nice blog, provided no support, and stolen my money.
