The theme generator does not work as advertised, and once you pay to try, you find that out. It installs pages that you don't want installed on your theme install, and attempting to turn off those pages in the theme's own admin panel does not work. You can submit tickets to support, but they ignore them because they already have your money and know they will not be refunding you anyhow. You design your theme the way you want, download it, upload it to your wordpress, activate, and find that it is not how you designed it because, as already stated, the generator does not work.
I requested a refund after a week of using this system and finding it doesn't work. We went back and forth for another week before I asked for the refund request to be followed through. After 3 weeks of asking for updates on my request and being told it was being handled (and the final 2 weeks receiving no reply at all), I filed for a chargeback on my card. I was denied because I did not have a cancel number or refund receipt (my constant requests for cancel were not counted at all by my credit card company).
BEWARE WPTHEMEGENERATOR and the Shock Family Network. They are scammers, and once they have your money, you will not get it back.
