I ordered an ACT prep computer program for my son. I had 10 days to look at the product and decide if I wanted to keep it. My son became ill so we went over the 10 days. The program was not at all what was described to us. We paid for this program without a question. They sent me addtional products. I did not order these. I tried to call and send them back a few weeks after recieving them. The salesman said they would be sent for us to look at. Well what they do not tell you is that you have been FORCED to buy them.

They had charged me for a second product that was being mailed as well. They are extremely rude and bully you when you call. They keep saying, "You need to be a responsible adult." They do not let you explain your concern and do not even ask why you are unhappy with the product. They acted like they were doing me a huge favor by taking off the charges for the product that I had not even seen.

They use convoluted examples of why we are not responsible. The customer service supervisor actually said, "If you bought a pair of pants and waited 5 years to return them, you could not get your money back." They try and force you to answer ridiculous one sided questions.

After 3 phone calls and an entire hour of arguing I was allowed to swap for another program. So I was only charged an additional 52 dollars on my visa instead of the 104 dollars in addition to the 140 dollar program that was completely useless for the ACT. DO NOT BUY FROM WORDSMART.
