I too was surprised by Wordsmart. I got a second package in the mail and an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When I called to complain I was told that I should have known I was subsribing to a program when I read the fine print or listened to the rushed blurb at the end of the sales pitch.

Like Bruce, they refused to refund my money or take the second package back.

One of my chief complaints is they take so long to ship the package out to you, that one forgets about it. A month after talking to the salesman, I got the first package. A month after that, I got the second package. Between the first sales pitch and the surprise of finding out it was a subscription I had unwittingly bought into, was at least two months.

And though the product is guaranteed, the rules for a refund make it pretty slim to none that one would qualify to get it. That's not a "satisfaction guaranteed" type of guarantee.
