WordStream deceptive billing Massachusetts Nationwide

Support was horrible, terrible company to deal with, they didn't return calls for premier services, billing was very deciptive, we have called many times to cancel the service over the phone and they said they will cancel the service, then change the story that it need to be in writing, to read their policy... wordstream knowing there policy should advise us that we need it in writing, they tried very hard to keep our business, they prolong the cancelation, i have to go as far as canceling my credit card so they will stop charging the card. I have tried to cancel the service for 3 months. They also are not clear on charges my go up depending on your google advertiment cost.  

 

Do not use Wordstream find another source.

Firstly, please forgive the delayed response – we were unaware that negative feedback regarding WordStream was being published at Rip Off Report.

Unfortunately, we cannot satisfactorily resolve this issue as we are unable to connect these problems to a specific customer account. Following an internal investigation into these allegations, our Customer Success team was unable to locate any specific customer complaints of the nature outlined in the above complaint.

That said, we are sorry that this customer had a negative experience with WordStream. As evidenced by the dozens of highly positive reviews WordStream has received from satisfied customers at G2 Crowd, we are fully committed as an organization to providing superior customer support and outstanding customer service to our subscribers.
