Work IT Solutions - Jason Marrow - Terrible IT Company/Cloud Service Provider - Temple Terrace Florida
These guys were awful with the job we hired them for. We needed an update in our IT and Network infrastructure and hired Mr. Jason Marrow and Work IT Solutions for the job. Worst decision we ever made. We got surprise invoices that went way beyond the estimates. They made excuse after excuse as to why the work on the estimate wasn't finished on time. They lied to us about a number of major issues and questions we had. Our internet and phone systems were out of commission for an entire week which resulted in a large amount of lost business and very upset customers. In a phrase... it was a disaster and I would stay far away. We considered legal action but decided to cut our losses and move on. Mr Marrow will talk a good game, throw names around and come across as knowledgeable... don't fall for it. If you do and have read this far, don't say you weren't warned! Very dissatisfied former customer.
