When you go to Work Online Tonight dot Com, the site is written in such a way that makes you believe that you will find a job online that night. Ok, it didn't happen that night, so I submitted application after application for nearly 30 days, only to find that there are SO MANY PEOPLE bidding on the same jobs, you don't get the opportunity to get hired. Most of the job listings, you may not even qualify for, so it narrows the listing to just a hand full of jobs that you might even qualify for, and even then, the line is very, very long of those applying for the same job.

Their job listing is worthless for those who have the hope of working at home from their computers. When you go to those sites that are hiring, their criteria is setup in a way that even if you meet some of the criteria for getting hired, it is all or nothing. There is no room for putting down experience or education if you have SOME experience in the area of skill sets they are looking for.

Think twice before paying for such "work at home online" type sites such as this Work Online Tonight site. They guarantee a refund and make you feel safe that if their product don't meet up to your expectations, you will get your money back. When I saw that their product is worthless, I requested a refund and this is the answer I got back from Work Online Tonight as copied and pasted from their support to my email:

Hi, Mr. Smith, in response to your refund request, our refund policy states: Our Guarantee: We guarantee that you will be provided access to thousands of legitimate online jobs from companies that do not charge any fees, or your money back within 30 days. This guarantee refers to the RECEIPT of the product; therefore when comparing your reason for the refund (I do not qualify for the majority of the jobs),your reason is not valid when compared to our guarantee. We suggest that since you did purchase it, please use it to your advantage. You really do have access to thousands of legitimate online jobs in this 46 page file, and the job postings changeevery day. Best of luck,Susan LambertCEO/OwnerWork Online Tonight

You see their wordplay?  SUSAN LAMBERT wrote that to me when I requested a refund. You are paying thinking you will get a job, but the listing is for "mere access" to the companies only. I just read their Terms of Service  moments ago and Work Online Tonight cannot guarantee their product and they go into a whole litany of details as to the reasons why they cannot guarantee it.

I made the mistake of not reading Work Online Tonight's TOS before making the purchase, thinking they were legitimate and that the job listings were legitimate as well-explained in their enticing and cleverly written sales copy. DON'T BE SOLD! They cannot back up ONE IOTA of their words and you will be out of your money STUCK with a WORTHLESS job listing and you will not find a job.

Continue your job search with legitimate companies like CareerBuilder, HotJobs, Monster and other reputable companies that do not take your money upfront without seeing the results. I am an Internet Marketer with a good following. Due to a downturn in sales, I resulted to searching for a job as a quick-fix, thus, admittedly was tricked into the expertly-written sales copy of Work Online Tonight.

Also, Work Online Tonight do not have a telephone number listed and if they did, I suspect you would get a voice mail, NOT a live person for customer service. Moreover, they have testimonials listed on Work Online Tonite site, all are suspect testimonials. A REAL testimonial will have the phone number/email address of those claiming wonderful results. Even better, they would have VIDEO testimonials listed with their easy-to-reach contact information. If you do not see this, as you do not on their testimonial listing, then chances are it is fake. So do not fall for such testimonials where the supposed customer cannot be readily and easily contacted to confirm good services from the company purported to have many satisfied customers like Work Online Tonight.  FTC rule. This is FAKE social proof. Work Online Tonight don't even have as much as TWO likes on Facebook when you go and look them up.

My Facebook page is FILLED with social proof of what I do online and I have never had ONE COMPLAINT in my marketing services online. When I proclaim a money-back guarantee, I honor it. But fortunately, I have NEVER had to. NOT EVEN ONCE.

So in conclusion, don't be fooled by this so-called job listing. The words are cleverly written in a way that makes you think you are going to get hired, when it is IN FACT, is a ploy to get your money and give you "MERE ACCESS" to Work Online Tonight's BOGUS job listing that has no guarantee that you will even get the job due to the LONG LINES of bids for these jobs that you MAY NOT qualify for. You don't see any of this in their clever sales copy. Dig deeper and read ALL TOS on ALL services or products BEFORE you buy. In other words, BUYER BEWARE! You HAVE been FOREWARNED.

This rebuttal is a STUPID cat fight!

Victim of the economy? Yes, need a job now, but I have been out of the job market successfully making a living online since 2004 with customers to back it up and a list of 5000 plus!

Sales had been low for a couple of months because I moved to another state and then had to move back again and that caused a dip in sales and as a quick-fix to rebuilding, I wanted to find a job online. There is nothing wrong with that. I just wanted something to supplement my online income until I brought my business back to where it was a couple of months ago. Again, there is nothing wrong with that.

There is no integrity in ripping people off. It has nothing to do with victim of the economy as it has to do with the principle of the thing. Fact is, Work Online Tonight dot Com doesn't honor their refund policy, so DON'T BE SOLD! Where is the PROFESSIONALISM in THAT?! Go ahead, buy the product and see how fast you get your refund when the product doesn't measure up to its claim. I dare you. Buy it!

Oh! Wait! You can't buy it because Work Online Tonight dot Com removed their domain and tore down the site! Any legitimate business would NEVER take down their site if the product did what it claims. So, what's next? Usually, illegitimate businesses build a site under a new name peddling the same snake oil! BUYER BEWARE!

I am on a mission to discredit Internet Marketing predators such as Susan Lambert and Work Online Tonight dot Com. I am tired of newcomers of the industry being misled and taken advantage of by unsuspecting predators like her. This is precisely why FTC and Google made all of the changes back in 2009 for those who are illegitimate making room for only those who are.

Empowered to Profit was a simple redirect link. Test it yourself!

Fact is, don't do business with people who cannot guarantee their product or honor their so-called "money-back" guarantee with cleverly-written sales copy! Check out the testimonials. They should have readily and easily contactable email addresses and/or phone numbers. Read the Terms of Service carefully and thoroughly before making your buy. I rest my case.

DISREGARD JAE ****'S COMPLAINT; COMPANY IS LEGITIMATE

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, August 11, 2012

Ms. Jae **** has filed this report on Work Online Tonight, however, she is just a victim of the economy and is taking out her job woes on our company. This is her exact email to me, i have copy and pasted: " I have applied for many of these so-called jobs and I need a job now.I bought this product because I thought that I would get a job. I bought this product for a job"

As you can see, she needs a job really bad, and wants one right now, immediately. Further research on Ms. **** shows that she has tried to be an internet marketer and website builder but has failed. the website she formerly owned, Empowered to Profit.com, is no longer a valid domain. She does, however, own (((link redacted))) where she talks about "Whole Life Mastery ??? and "Empowerment". ???

Our company has been in business since 2006 and have never had a complaint filed. We are an ethical business and do have an excellent customer service department, a phone number listed on our website, 206-350-8154, and as per FTC rules, we are not allowed to print customer contact information on our website.

Ms. ****'s unhappiness is being taken out on our company, which is highly unethical for a person who claims to be a professional. We apologize for the above report written by a victim torn by our economy. We really do provide you with access to thousands of legitimate online jobs, and Ms. **** never stated that we did not. She really just doesn't like the "sales copy" of our website, I believe??
