Daniel, Dan@workfromanywhere.com the owner I gather, use to charge #39.95 for a "decision package" wtih a 30-day Money back guarantee.

I ordered it. When I saw the charge on my CCard, I called to see where my pkg was.

One of the people in his office, Jason, said he would research it. He then informed me that it waas shipped but he said, they left it unsigned for at the front door to our old condo. We were at the entrance anyone could see any pkg left there. FedEx, and UPS, knew never to leave a package he says, and they left it at from door.

I advised Jason of this, he said the owner would deal with it and refund my money. Or send another pkg. out.

I called again and got Dan the owner. He was uncooperative and said he would have to research this. I told him his guy, Jayson had, he indicated that did not count. And that was it.

I sent a couple of emails to orders@workfromanywhere.com I never could get Dan to respond. Recently I found the emails, I emailed again and it was not a working email.

I went on the web and found a site. I filled out the form, and guess who responded. I was not sure it was him, so I asked it this was the co. that charged $39.95 for the decision pkg. he said yes, but that they had stopped doing that. Then I asked a few more questions, and alas it was him. He is now calling me a scammer, and that it is up to me to get a refund from his shipper. Wrong.

I had said that I was glad to have found him, as I was just about to report the company to the authorities., I still did not know it was him at the time.

His email is Dan#workfromanywhere.com I told him that is up to him, as his co. shipped it. All I want at this point is my money back, period.

He is calling me a Scammer and said for me to cease and desist.
Cease and desist what. All I have done, was initially make 3 phone calls 2 years ago. Send 2-3 emails 2 years ago, and then send emails that were retuned this past month, and send 3 more when he responded.

If he will not refund my money (and I find it curious that they no longer charge for the pkg any longer, his words not mine.) I have no choice but to warn others of this scam he perpetrates with lies, to take your money.

I have done nothing wrong although he has accuse me in his latest emails. I even have the confirmation initial email for the purchase. And the subsequent emails that followed.

This is another Buyer Beware - I am a seasoned MLMer, especially in Health and Nutrition. That is what his company was supposed to be. I really wanted to review his companies pkg. But you cannot review something you never got a chance to review.

It is not my fault he did not ship with FedEx or UPS.

The response is as follows: Before I ever shipped, I called to confirm, and indeed, was told that she would be there, 2 days before I shipped, that the Post Office knows not to leave packages, and that she would be there.

After the package was shipped, she apparently decided to leave town. Her choice, June, in a conversation with me, stated that she was planning on being home, and shipping by the post office (the only way i shipped) was fine by her.

By the way, she called me first about this issue over 3 months after she received the package - way past the 30 day guarantee.

So, then she did the research, and indeed the Post Office delivered when and where they said. Someone stole it.

So, rather than accept another package, and without any proof to the contrary, she want's me to send her free money. How do I know to believe her? I run a business, and to get a refund, at any store you know of, don't you need to return the merchandise, damaged or not? All I have is proof of delivery and her word.

I was surprised that a person would have so much time and anger in their lives to take a matter of $39.95 and find ways to aggravate people. Indeed, this came to me more than two years after hearing from her.

I lived up to my end of the bargain, she did not live up to hers. I suppose I am to blame for all of her life problems, also.

As she states:

So, she is a seasoned MLMer. Hmmm.... Makes one wonder, doesn't it?

I wish her all the best, and hopefully, she finds a better opportunity in life, so she can enjoy, instead of find so much time to spew hate letters.
