Refer to the homeowner's notes for additional project details. Interested contractors should contact the homeowner immediately via Email - Anytime. The following project details / notes have been directly submitted by the homeowner: Hi, I am inquiring with you because there was a hole in the ceiling of my home living room that was approximately 4ft.X 7ft. The ceiling consists of nothing but dry-wall and texture over it. I patched the hole up with a sheet of dry-wall, and then added some texture. Everything is patched up pretty good, but I think that because the dry wall sheet was a little too thin and the texture was not that good, it looks like a ceiling with a 4x7 part that sticks out and is a home repair job done by an amateur (which is clearly the case). With all that stated, can I please get an estimate for fixing that to where either the whole ceiling looks like it was before (with texture), or without the texture if it's cheaper, so long as it's all a solid ceiling that doesn't have any part of it that sticks out? Additionally, I don't have any lighting in the living room, so I was wondering if I could also get an estimate for adding 4 or 6 recess lights to the ceiling of that same living room where the patch-work was done (the patch-work is not in the same spot where the lighting would go though). Please advise on whether I can get a free rate estimate for this. Thanks.
