Complaint Review: World America Discount

I recieved a phone call one evening about the 5th of July or so from a gentil man and he stated that I had won a free $1,000 shopping spree and that I could use it on numerous web sites and he stated that all I had to do was pay a $1.95 shipping charge and he took my information (checking account/credit card) and placed me on hold for several moments.

After several moments another gentilman came on the line and stated to me that I was automatically signed up for several subscriptions of which I can't really remember and after that he said each one would be in range of about $30 per month or more then after he stated that he said thankyou and may God bless and hung-up the phone.(The men were of African or Jamacan descent)

I recieved my shopping spree packet in the mail on the 9th of August and read how to use it and I only had 2 two TWO web sites to choose from. So I typed one of the addresses in and it took me to a different website called WAdiscount.com, and almost all of the merchandice was outdated ( I felt like I was at a garage sale), so I type in the other web address and I was astonished to find my self again at the same web page WA discount.com. The addresses I typed in are the following: www.freegiftsamerica.com and www.spreeme.com.

Please help me so these people won't get away with this!
