Complaint Review: World Auto Parts

bought a used bmw engine for 1650. aug 28 2008 for a month it was on their dock but no truck line had picked it up. I asked directions to pick up myself and have not talked to a live person since . you can get by their phone answering machine by pressiing # after the message an following directions to operator or directory but no one answers any phone called over 100 times. Filed a small claims action and have a pretrail confrence december 23. bet no one shows up.

They list Auto tech, auto craft , richard clayton , jerry gardner, thomas gangriden, Harry Snipe, russ johnson, robert yoder ,bryan monroy, lori palforn, jeff ander, davisd anderson duvall towing, allen auto towing ,alex stagger and the infamous RICHARD Broden on their office directory.
