Complaint Review: World Bank Projects Financier/ Atm Swift Card

I received an email from the above party notifing me that I had won $500,000.00 dollars and that a check was being sent to me for $1,683.00 to cover all out of pocket expenses, which I received. This check is to cover the $1,400.00 dispactch fee's to the royal mail dispatch and logistics to a Mrs Elizabeth Paulson address London, England via western union, upon them receiving these fee's I will receive within 24 hrs. a swift atm card which allows me to withdraw $2000.00 a day. They also have secured an investor whom was informed of the project scheme( their own words) There also is an email address for a Mr. Thomas, dispatch officer of dispatchandlogisticsservices@royalmails.net and www.royalmail.com.
