They got my account number and and took 299$ with out informing me on 4th nov 2003.when i called them they say they r going to give credit card of 2000$.when i informed them iam going to file a police case against them the answer was" GO A HEAD"
I never applied to any credit card and never gave my account number and i never authorized others to take money from my account.This happened within 2 days after lossing my money.I informed this to my bank(bankone) .They filed a claim on behalf of me and deposited 299$ into my account.But they say that if they fail getting money from dirty world benefits ,they are going to take money from my account again.
I dont want any credit card but i want to get my money back. so please help me in getting my money back and its less than 60 days as it is just 3 days after i lost money.
