about a week or two before christmas a lady called said a $299.00 fee would get me a master card of $2,500 credit limit then i siad yes it was good i was turned down for other credit cards when i have applied so yes i have bad credit so any how she says to hold on to talk to the recording which was either yes or no answers but the money was tooken out 1-3-04 i thought i was getting a credit card.

i called 1-21-04 i asked for a web site then they said it was primer benefits no web site was found i called again then it was global benefits then i called and it was changed again to world benefits and then the guy starts telling me it wasnt a credit card it was a member service package with credit card offers i said what and then he said rudely what part of that didnt you understan?! i said the whole thing thats why i said what then when i told him i was recording the conversation he was outrage i said no wonder you dont want it recorded look at how you talk to your customers then i said i want to talk to your supervisor he said do you think she has time to talk to you i siad put your supervisor on the phone and he said fine hold on for 20 minutes then laughed. that was not even the whole conversation it was like talking to some jerk on the street.

finally i had to call agian and a other man explained the whole thing and told me the deals about the credit card basically there is no card and they dont even have a bank but the rude guys name is thomas anderson i dont want to be a member i wanted a credit card not to purchase a package of anything why on the recording they should say you understand this is not a credit card and when i said that to the last guy he said thats cause the recording officer has no idea what the other person told you. but thomas anderson is the worst person smart mouth and rude.
