I received a call from this company two months ago and as offered a credit card worth $2,000, with a low fixed rate. My husband and I trying to build our credit so we thought it sounded great. We paid $299, and was told 15 business days later we would receive some paperwork to sign and send back to the bank to receive our card. About a month later I received a package with a bunch of useless material for building your credit, but nothing for the card.

I called and was told that the peice of paper for the credit card wouldn't get here until a week after I received the package. I placed a complaint because I was told I was paying for a credit card, not a book for building your credit.

After waiting two weeks for the paperwork, I called, and said I wanted my money back. I was told they did not give refunds. I told her that they most definately do since I was lied to about what I was purchasing. Needless to say from this point on I was treated very badly. She told me that there was no proof that I had been lied to.

I have tried to speak to a manager several times and have never gotten through.
