World Car Center & Financing LLC Defective Car Kissimmee, Florida
The car I had brought from World Car Dealer was defective from the day i got it.
The gas gag was not reading right. Once I explain to the owner my family and I was almost in an
accident due to the gag not reading right he told he would fix it. when i went back to pick it up, not ever half a mile away it did it again. Once again he promise to fix the problem. I tried it again and it happened again. So I ask if he would be able to switch the car and that would pay the differences in price and he told me now "that it was my car now". He said that he will fix it again and that i wont have the problem again, But he was wrong. The only thing i ask is to switch the car because of my kids, we have been lucky not to get into a serious accident. Maybe next time we won't be.

Ahh, the old "do it for the kids" ploy. Well played.
Seriously, assuming that "gag" is the way you spell gauge, how is a broken gas gauge going to get you into a serious accident? It's just a bit much. I suggest that if a malfunctioning gas gauge poses a serious threat to your family's safety, you should probably not be driving. Something is very wrong with your technique if a gas gauge can cause a "serious accident".
By the way, when you buy a used car without a warranty, the owner was correct. It is your problem. It would only be the owner's problem if you had a written warranty and were still within the mileage / time limits of that warranty.

.....and these people wonder why they get scammed and screwed. I dont think most of em can read or write enough to understand what paper they're signing or why...or even whether they should or not.

It's a bit of a stretch blaming a "gas gag" for almost having an accident. Keep track of your mileage until you get it fixed.
You want the "defective car" replaced because of the "gas gag." Good luck with that. ;)
