World car Nissan essentially tricked me into leasing a new vehicle on the basis that I would not have to pay any fees what so ever to get into a new lease.  I specifically asked the sales representative, Henry Garza who is now the sales manager, if I could get into my new vehicle without having to pay any type of fees and if that could be guaranteed.  He told me that despite the fact I was turning the vehicle in to World Car Nissan a couple months early that I would not have to pay any type of fees to get into a new one.  He obviously wanted to sell that vehicle and I found out the hard way that he could not make that promise as I found out 5 months after turning in my original vehicle to World Car Nissan.

I ended up dealing with Mr. Henry Garza for quite a while after this once I found out from a bill collector that I owed World Car Nissan of San Antonio over $2,000.  I found out from the bill collector just a few days before it would hit my credit report and was essentially extorted to pay these funds as no one at the dealership could make good on the promise of no fee for the new vehicle. I had good funds and would have dealt with this much earlier had I known.  Luckily I had enough money to pay my bills despite the $2,000 setback.  I wanted to tell the public about this incident as I would have been crushed if I was depending on that money for my mortgage payment or some other important expense.

I drove to World Car Nissan after attempting to draft an agreement to have Henry Garza pay me back in increments of $100 over time. I still have the utterly worthless signed agreement with his signature on it. This payment plan was delayed and postponed time and time again after repeated promises that one day he would be in a position to repay me for the broken promise as he originally agreed that it was his responsibility.  To make a long story short, too much time passed for me to really be able to do much about it and neither Henry Garza who is now the sales manager or Leon Reid who is his supervisor feel too motivated to do anything about it.  Leon felt the issue was too old and that it wasn't his role as a leader at World Car Nissan of San Antonio to be the judge or the jury and essentially to this day is fine with not digging any further into the issue.

In the end World Car Nissan ripped me off through deception and deceit for right around $2,000 in early turn in fees and "wear and tear" that was never disclosed to me until 5 months after the original leased vehicle was turned in.  I am glad to be done with that issue and hope this article helps others to be more careful in dealing with these individuals and this company.
