I had stopped at world class auto after my daughter had totaled my previous vehicle. At first i wasnt sure that i was going to buy from their but i decided that i like this Pontiac G6 that was on their lot. I thought it was a little out of my price range but then found out they could lower the monthly payment through Capital One auto financing. They had me fill out a contract and i signed it. we agreed to 366.00 a month with a financing of 12.9%. But while i was signing it, the finance guy asked me to sign a blank contract with a promise that he could possibly get a lower financing rate the next morning through someone else. After a couple of days had gone by i get a phone call saying that my payment will go up from 366.00 to 377.00 with less number of months to pay. But the financing rate would stay the same at 12.9%. And i was fine with that cause it ment i wouldnt be paying on it for a larg number of months.

So then about a week later i got my copy of the contract in the mail, it said i owed 377.00 a month but with a total of 72 months on the paying period with a financing rate of 14.9%. Which is not what we agreed on. He had raised the rate and the amount of months then filled out that blank contract that i had signed.

So i was upset and called the auttorney generals office and they had informed me that the company was under investigation with a lawsuit pending. Under court order of the state they were told to keep copys of all document signed by customers and potentional customers. The lawyer then asked me to get a copy of the original contract i had signed but World Class Auto was "unable to locate it" and the man who did the financing was "sick" that day so i was unable to talk or speak with him.

After several times of trying to get the orginal contact i told them that i no longer wanted the car do to their business ways, so i returned the car and got my full amount i had payed on the vehicle back, then went to Toyota on Nicholasville and purchased a sion xa, which im very happy with.
