I phoned Carissa at World Class Cleaning Services and explained that I needed house cleaning before a holiday. She told me that she would have someone come to clean my home with no problem and even gave me the name of the cleaning woman.
When the cleaning woman did not show up, I phoned Clarissa at the company number and of course no one answered.
Despite several attempts to contact her and the company they have never returned my call.
I'm expecting 20 people for dinner and the house is not been cleaned.
I would assume that this business is not legitimate, unlicensed and not insured.

No I am not affiliated with this company, nor do I know the poster or anyone involved in this.
No show really isn't a ripoff. Could be any number of reasons this has occurred, many not under their control. Simply call another cleaning company, and do not call these folks again.
