BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I spoke with both Fred the owner and son on several occasions and purchased A 2016 Tesla from them that was a consignment car on 5/27/2016.
We did the paperwork along with me signing a purchase order and DMV Report of sale.
We fed exed the paperwork to the owner for his signature and in that time Fred sold the car to another person for more money and told me the owner changed his mind and did not want to sell the tesla any more.
Not only did he LIE but he Sold A car that was already sold....
He is not an honest person and this shall be spread all over Social Media along with RIP OFF REPORT and this Bad Dealership shall be dealt with legally....
There are always two sides to every story but this side is the facts So Be very cautious ........

We value customer feedback and have done well over 1000 deals with no other complaints, in fact our 5 star ratings with Yelp and Facebook is well known in social media. Our efficient procedures are designed for selling cars over the internet. We cooperate with the buyer to move forward on pre-closing paperwork, which includes an unsigned “Sales Order” and a odometer disclosure statement. Like all dealers, we can only complete deals with 1) a binding purchase contract 2) funds; and 3) a bill of sale. Yes, we did not receive either a binding purchase contract, or funds and could not complete this deal. Sales order provided by us and odometer disclosure provided by us without cash on hand, does not guarantee a deal. With no money and no contract, we were obligated to our consignment customer to sell the car to a cash buyer. Our motivation was not the slight ($1,000) price difference.

You Do Not Value Your Customers!

Fred,

If you valued your customers then you would have Not LIED about :

1/ The vehicle owner changing his mind and deciding to keep the vehicle.

2/ You selling the vehicle for $1,000.00 more when your son called me the following morning after you said the owner changed his mind and advised me he had A (Fish) that paid full price of approx $94,000.00 when we had a signed purchase order and dealer transfer agreement from the DMV.

3/ You stating I had no evidence to prove you sold me the car when in fact I have A purchase agreement and A dealer to dealer transfer agreement that you stated you never signed nor sent to me.

the List goes on and on Sir but the bottom line from just what you said in your rebuttal, If you were an Ethical businessmen you would have called me to see if I was going to come thru on the purchase before selling it to someone else.

Even though we had an agreement we were waiting for the owner to send you the hard copy of the DMV form 262 power of attorney form to legally transfer the car to me that you sent me the proof of mailing with the Fedex tracking number.

You and I both know it was pure Greed on your Part Sir and you must live and sleep with yourself at night.

Please stop making your comments as you just continually put your foot deeper down your thought..

We shall explain our story to the judge and see what he has to say...

Hopefully some other people that may be potential customers are Not Fooled by your Charm but pay closer attention to your business ethics and STAY AWAY....

Fred,

First of All, There is No need to involve other dealings with our deal as the one you are refering to, that client had buyers remorse and did not want to follow thru on the deal he already made with my firm.

I do not Purtrey myself to be A perfect human Being, But I am A man of my word and stick to everything I say, Especially when it is in contract Form, I learn from my mistakes and DO NOT deliberately TAKE ADVANTAGE of people.

You completely Lied to me stating the owner of the Tesla changed his mind and decided to keep the vehicle, The very next morning your Son called me and apologised for lying to me as you guys got A (Fish) on the car and received full pop on the it so you threw me under the bus.

You also stated you Did not Send me A Purchase order along with A Wholesale report of Sale that I shall Prove you did.

Please Explain as you never asked me for A Deposit for I was paying 84K to the Bank directly and you were getting Approx 5K from the owner to pay off the balance due of apprex 89K owed to to bank...

We made A very clear deal on how the deal was to take place and you deliberately Sold it to another person for more money not caring about our deal..... That is called Greed and very unprofessional and as A new company of One Year in business that is A terrible thing to do, not only to Another dealer but to anyone...

We shall deal with this in Court and see who is Wrong...

You Are NOT A very Nice/Ethical Business Person SIr!!!

Response to False Accusations

#7REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, June 02, 2016

Phil, There is a major penalty for defamatory statements that are false in which damages a reputation of a small businesses.
Let me provide you with some of the facts in regards to this deal:
- You inquired about a car we had in our inventory and showed an interest to purchase the vehicle
- You and Ashkon agreed on a price
- You were supposed to fly in a same day to provide us with a cashier check to take delivery of the car
- You asked for the payoff, we provided you with all information in regards to payoff
- We provided you with exact negative balance which we said we will furnish the remainder of the balance with your check to complete the payoff for speedy delivery of the title
- You called Chase without prior authorization from us as a dealer, then you asked us to provide you with account number and SSN of the client, there is privacy law and I would like for you to review that
- You mentioned there was a deal you had with another dealer that went bad, so you can’t trust anybody in this business, you need form 262 and all requested documents. Problem was on your not ours
- Then you said you want to wait to wait till the owner comes in to California before I can make this deal
- You never placed a deposit to hold the car
- Car is advertised on line that means it is anybody’s deal till all signatures are placed and funds are transferred.
- You never stayed on your promise when you were supposed to fly in to take delivery of the car, then you said you want to wait till the owner comes in to California then you said you want to make sure to get the actual form 262

At the end of the day, you were given ample opportunity to complete the purchase of this car and did not follow through with the necessary steps to finalize. The car absolutely needed to move and another customer came in to purchase on the spot and did so. In this business, if a cars do not move, the business does not stay open.

You did not put any type of deposit on this vehicle and the sales order that we provided was not a binding contract. The vehicle needed to be sold asap and we cannot wait on a possible sale, when we have a definite sale in front of us. Now you are trying to get money out of us, because the deal fell through on your end.

You are trying to tarnish our name, when we remained legitimate on our end. We run our business with care, do you?

A review of your business:

I bought a 2007 Escalade stretch from him 4 months back. I was about to cancel the whole deal because he was so hard to talk to! All the paperwork he sent was notorized by Wells Fargo bank. I started to worry when he changed the VIN on the paper work 2 times. The situation is weird because The financing company already funded LimeLite the money to build the escalade, and i was supposed to bring $18k cash upon pick up of vehicle. I told the Financing company i need a bit more time and they understood. Phil from limelite calls me 4 days before i was to arrive in California and says you better bring an extra $1800 for storage fees. I said no way i wont pay that. I called the finance company and told them the deal was off i dont want anything to do with it. (THEY ALREADY FUNDED LIMELITE, SO IF I DONT PICK UP THE CAR THEY GET SCREWED) Two days later the broker for the financing company called and said its all good Phil agreed to drop the storage charges just go pick it up. So i did! Now its 4 month later Phil still wants his $1800 and will not give the title to the finance comapany, therfore i can not get plates on the car. The whole situation is bull s**t. And now i cant run the car!!

- Also this car has the one peice window that cracked right down the middle, and Limelite wont warranty it. They say my customer broke it. I got a professional to look at the window and he says its a stress crack! What should i do?

-Also the whole heating and airconditioning system was set up wrong and it cost me $1500 to redo and he also will not cover it. This is like a horror story!
