World Class Getaways Took advantage of my elderly parents Conroe TX
This company told my parents in 2018 that they would be able to take over the timeshare they have been part of for many years, lower the maintenance fees, give a better point system and all for less then what they were paying in maintenance fees at that time. They had attorney's to handle it all. Just buy the property.
My parents were in their later 60's at this point and to be told they were getting better vacation options for less cost was fantastic! 2 years later the resort of LeHigh Resorts in FL have only information that my parents are "owners".
Now I see this company's physical location is closed. I will be calling the numbers I have but I am not optimistic that I will be able to get a copy of the contract my parents were duped into. These people need lawsuits brought against them. The people who have been scammed deserve to have their money returned.
