January 2010, I purchased a used vehicle from Jay Davis and paid $1,200 for a vehicle warranty. Jay took my money and did not purchase the warranty, it was voided by ASC Warrenty Services, due to lack of funds.  Jay Davis claims is was an error, however the warranty company has proven no money was received.  The vehicle license fee was collected for a full year and only 6 months of license was purchased.  I have been to the dealership, called and sent various letters with no response. Jay Davis has so many excuses for the warranty issue and the $170 was not returned for the difference of the license fee. Currently the State of Arizona Licenseing Department is looking into the practices of this dealership.

To date:  I have filed a Small Claims Default and have issued a lien against the dealership for my court award of $2,603. (Maricopa County Case NO TJ2010-016514). No response from the dealership on the funds owed and they continue to remain in business in Mesa, Arizona.

I have reported this Business to the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's Office, Mesa Chamber of Commerence, and the Department of Licensing with no assistance. We need to stop this business from their unethical practices and close them down. How many people has Jay Davis taken money and not delivered the services?
