Complaint Review: World Fight Warehouse - Frank L. Dias - Frank Lonero

I placed an order 03/07 for some baby onsies (mma fight apparel), a website that I found on a friends Myspace account. The company named World Fight Warehouse was selling top brand items and I bought $65 worth of merchandise, only to get a confirmation of the order, an order # and a note saying that I would be contacted as soon as it's shipped. My debit card was charged the very next day and to this day (06/07), I have not received anything from World Fight Warehouse.

I have made over 15 attempts by e-mail and have reported him (Frank L. Dias) to the BBB which they did not get a response from Mr. Dias. I noticed on his website that he does not have a phone number and that his Myspace account has a phone number only it's missing a digit! All I asked was that he send me the merchandise, but he has not responded to me or the BBB.

I recently went to Worldfightwarehouse.com and it is no longer a website. My money is gone and so is Mr. Dias.
