After filing a Police ID Theft Report, having several other credit cards investigated and found not at fault by other companies, sending TWO affidavits to WFNNB and a copy of the police report, they still keep trying to deny our dispute and harass us to pay some overdue balance we've already disputed by mail and calls. In the past week, we've received calls every day from 8 in the morning including this Sunday morning while I was sleeping in. The calls stopped after I was able to get the person to stay on the phone long enough to find out it was WFNNB (other calls would hang up when I asked what the call was about). WFNNB and Victoria's Secret keep harassing the elderly hoping to wear them down or destroy their lives!

Have you written a cease & desist letter? Google them - look at several before choosing your format, or use the better parts of several to tell these people (and any others) to stop calling your home. Send a certified letter so you KNOW when they received it. Or maybe it's time to go ahead and let a lawyer send that same type of letter FOR you. That can help a lot. Wish you luck in getting rid of this problem.
