Complaint Review: World Of Granite

I trusted camilla pinheiro and her company world of granite because she had done previous work for me. I hired her to install granite in two houses, The first house they did worse than pathetic. Example: installed backsplashes in some areas leaving a gap almost 1/4 inch from the wall and granite. They left other items unfinished. Apparently, on the second house they broke the water line, shut off the water, and left two rooms flooded. Both a cabinet company and plumbing company looked at the damage and stated it was done by them ripping off the old top without removing attachments to the water lines. After camilla found out, at first she stated it was not them. Then, she called the cabinet company stating she would pay for the repairs which was an indication she knew they were responsible. Then she refused to pay them.  She lost tens of thousands of dollars of business from me and I certainly tell people to watch out for her. Their word is NO GOOD. Apparently money trumps honest, friendship, and more. This cost me about $1700 loss. DO NOT TRUST HER~! BAD NEWS!
