World Leadership Group ripoff Bradenton Florida

This company charges $125.00 to have your own business - non refundable. I am witnessing brainwashing, MLM, Pyramid tactics. They are very vague about the businss/how to do mortgages. Stating to get in at the top. I beleive this is a Pyramid! It is MLM. I feel that the BBB should look into this group immediately before it goes to far!

I quit quickly, as soon as I found a company I could trust. One that treated me like someone more than just a recruit. NewKey Home Lending is also a network marketing company and they take care of us employees. They offer 80% commission splits from day 1. And you can get 100% commission split after just 10 loans. No upfront fee to the borrowers.

Everyone starts the company on the same commission split! 80%! It would take years to get there at WLG. In fact, I don't think ANYONE at WLG can make 80% commission splits. If you are interested, go to (((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) for more information.

Seriously, you should look at your options! I didn't until I poured too much money into WLG. don't make the same mistake I did. This new company is not all recruit, recruit, recruit. We want people to do loans and that is why we pay such high commission splits!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! Jason, you put the cost into the right perspective. There are possibly C.E. costs after 2 years also. Which is very legit. The counties in Florida charge $61-$64 for electronic fingerprinting, and the state charges $112 for state exam, app fee, and id card for insurance. Don't know what they charge for the mortgage exam. Anyway, these fees are non-refundable. Harry, sorry you are feeling this way about the company. I have been for a couple of months, I am not rich yet. But, I do see possibilities. I see other people moving up like Jason pointed out. I live in Florida, avout an hour north of you. I invite you to come to our BOP on either Tues, or Thurs night and maybe you could get some questions answered. Maybe you have been to the Bop. It is in Brandon, off of 60 going East.

What the heck are you talking about?

Do you really think the company is going to process all you paperwork, give you training, and give you a license for free, knowing you may just goof off and do absolutely nothing? *

This is defiantly not a pyramid. No one is paid for hiring anyone (barring the staff at corporate who get paid to process paperwork). I have seen too many people pass one another for promotions. Your contract is determined by the amount of production you do.

This is not even really MLM (in the traditional sense). I was paid around $3500 last month and none of the transactions came from my small team that goof off and do nothing. See the *

Fees to join (for WLG and GEL) are as follows:

$100 to join WLG (background check, web site access, E-mail account)

$125 to join GEL (W-4, I-9, processing of additional state licensing, access to training videos, and the online mortgage closing system which is incredible)

There may also be additional licensing required by your state. (i.e.$185 for Nevada)

I am sorry for anyone who has met with an agent who misrepresents this company; they have done you and this company a great disservice.
