A Merchant Sales Advisor David Lyerly for World Merchant Solutions contacted use with a program for single check conversion with guarantee. It sounded good at the time, But 2 or 3 days later We decided that it would not work for use and called to cancel the program. The sales advisor told us that we had 90 days to make up our mind and if we decided not to keep we could cancle in the first 90 days with out a problem. After making serveral calls to the sales advisor he stopped answering our calls. We are now six months down the road and after talking to someone other then Dave we have found out that there was no 90 day grace period. I have talked with the people at Electronic Payment System (EPS)who does the payment processing and LADCO Leasing who the equipment is leased through, to no avail. We have never used any of the service offered by either of these companies and yet we are paying monthly charges of close to $200 a month. EPS said that once the contract was signed and sent in to them we are stuck paying the fees for 1 year. LADCO Leasing which is a 48 month lease, said that they paid World Merchant Solutions in advance and that we have to go after World Merchant Solutions. All three companies are giving me the run around. So beware of these companies they will rip you off!

In response to Mickey's Complete Auto Repair accusations regarding World Merchant Solutions, Electronic Payment Systems, and Ladco Leasing, that, " they will rip you off ", shame on them and their statements are libelous.
First, " that World Merchant Solutions contacted us with a program for single check conversion with guarantee, but 2 or 3 days later we decided that would not work for us, and called to cancel the program." The program is not primarily a single check conversion with guarantee. It is much more than that. They were told many times what the program was about and how it would benefit them. The EPS 90 day system gives the merchant the ability to extend credit to their customer's with no credit check. All they have to supply the merchant is a valid government Identification and they must have a valid checking account. That's it. He or she is good to go as long as their initial check is approved. We guarantee the future payments to the merchant. The only barameters we insist on is that the initial payment must be at least 15% of the total amount of the bill and that it be off in 90 days. With businesses that have high average ticket amounts the benefits are obvious. We have thousands and thousands of businessesacross the United States and Canada who have benefited enormously from this service. In their own words they decided to cancel the program after signing up just 2 or 3 days later. They didn't even try it. They called me and demanded that I come by and pick-up the equipment. I told them that I could not because the equipment was not mine. Ladco Leasing was the owner. I told them that the lease they signed wsith Ladco was non-cancelable. There could be no room to misinterpret that. All thoughout the lease agreement including the title page in bold print is the word NON-CANCELLABLE. They also went through Verbal Verification that full and complete. They might find, as countless thousands have, that if they just try this, they might like it.
