I was planning to move from Wisconsin to New Jersey using the world moving company as a vanline agency to find me a carrier that are scheduled to pick-up my stuff between 7/28-7/29. I was informed that the driver will call me 48 hrs before-hand.

7/26 I was told that the American Van line has been assigned to me yet no one contacted me about the pick-up. I called and left several meesages on customer services, no one responded.

7/28 I left message on both companies, only american vanline responded and said they will come between 7/29-7/30

7/29 I called american valine and they said they cannot pick-up my stuff. They said they've reported to the world moving services and another carrier will be assigned to me. I called the world moving service and left at least 15 messages to my sale representative, customer service, and dispatch dept. no respond.

7/29 late evening, one lady called and asked to extend the pick-up date to "NO LATTER THAN 8/3" She said some one will pick-up my stuff ASAP and the company will pay for my extra stay in my apt. I agreed and ask a guarantee for "NO latter than 8/3" and be informed 48 hrs before-hand.

8/2 nobody called. I called and called and left at least 20 messages again asking about the status, nobody responded. Once I did get someone, I told the lady my landlord asked me to leave on 8/3 so I need to know if anyone is coming to pick-up my stuff. All I got was "I don't know, you don't have a carrier yet. we will let you know". I asked her if I need another plan and if the company will pay my extra rent if I end up needing another service, she said "yes, of course.

8/3 Nobody called. I left 5 messages in the morning begging to know the status. No One Responded.

8/3 I rent a truck and move myself with my 8 month old baby to New Jersey.

8/4 I called the moving company asking my deposit refund and payment for my extra stay. The person in customer service was really really rude and said "What do you want" and then hung-up on me.

dispute with credit card

You won't be able to get a refund for the money you spent to live off of while waiting for the move, but you can dispute the deposit with your credit card. Let them know the services paid for were not rendered, and the company has done nothing to refund the money themselves.
