Complaint Review: World Pay

World Pay Have charged me for a year and I do not even have an account. In another location I cancelled with them and they continue to charge me. Frisco Texas

I used world pay in one of my restaurants for my merchant service. I canceled in May after I went with another company. I was informed that I would pay an early cancelation fee which was fine. They have continued to charge me over $100 a month. When I called again to transfer, after over an hour on the phone, I refused to their offer to cancel with $100 fee and asked to speak to a supervisor. A day later I am still waiting.

In my other restaurant I use Heartland and have NEVER used Worldpay. They have been charging me $20.20 since last March. A total of $343.40. They said they would refund me $100 and I refused. I believe they have commited fraud.
