Worldprofit Inc., provides website hosting, software, home business training, traffic tools, webcast resources and SEO services for the small and home based business community. We offer a free Membership and two levels of paid memberships. Members who require assistance can request help from our 24 Hour Monitors, or by submitting a Support form request for assistance 7 days a week, as well as as 24 hour Member area with videos, tutorials and training aids. In addition we offer a LIVE interactive weekly training program via webcast so that Members can ask questions, learn as they watch the shared screen training and interact with other member of our home business community. Based on what this person has written he or she does not seem to have a basic understanding of the services offered at Worldprofit. Without knowing the name of this complainant and his Support History with our company we can not address his specific concerns however, I am confident that had he or she submitted issues to our Support team they would have been addressed promptly and professionally.
