I read many of the reports on this company, and would be willing to take part in any class action suit. I lost my home and my rental property, which was my childhood home. I was forced to file chapter 13, and then World Savings continually failed to post my payments.

Each time they failed to post payments I made, I was forced to go back to bankruptcy court and prove that I had paid it, but I had to incur court costs of $500 everytime this happened.

My arrears kept climbing at an astronomical rate. From only being $1400 behind, my arrears jumped up to $10000, over the course of a few months. Even though I was making payments monthly, my arrears jumped up from $10000 to $18000 in one month. I am still confused as to how they figured all this.

I lost my homes, my business and now suffer from depression. I lost over $150,000 in equity, and $250,000 from my home business. I am now permanently disabled, and live in a trailer. All this because I got behind on only two payments.

World Savings kicked me when I was down, and then scavenged my carcass like the vultures they are. They took away my American dream, my livelyhood and as a result, my health. I would love to see some justice done to this sleezy scumbag company.
