I paid World Timshares Inc. $399.00 to sell my timeshare. They said they had to have the money up front as required by law, and they never sold it. I have since sold myself.

I listed my timeshare with them two years ago and still have not sold my Royal Elite Timeshare despite lowering the cost. I was told my property was the 2nd lowest and still nothing. I checked my ad # on the website and nothing would come up. I called and a customer service agent stated that my ad was temporarily down. So my ad is not online? This company is a rip-off because they refuse to refund my money. If you are unable to sell my property or even have the ad running 24/7, then give me back my money!
