World Tire Auto Repair Failed to repair overheating problem Hollywood, Florida
World Tire and Auto Repair attempted to fix my car's overheating problem. They initially replaced the thermostat, water pump, coolant temp sensor and radiator cap. Repeated trips to them over a 9-month period have resulted in more expenses but no repair. Today the car overheated during a 5-minute 1.5 mile trip.
Last week I took my car to their affiliate, World Tire, 1215 N Federal Highway, to get two tires. The mechanic broke the interior plastic panel underneath my steering wheel while moving the car. They initially refused to acknowledge that they did the damage. They then said they would replace the panel but after two follow-up trips, they still have not located one and refuse to compensate me for the damage.

Took the car back to World Tire and Auto Repair. They said the pistons were damaged by the overheating and I need to fix that. They still will not admit that the overheating is their fault and refused to discuss anything other than the bad pistons and how I need to pay them to fix it.
