As with so many others, I was lured in by the fast-talking Mr. Wakefield. $6,900 is a lot of money that neither I nor most people in this country can afford 'stolen.' The mentoring was weekly, several sessions, some lasting 5 minutes, others lasting 20 but none more than that. The mentor changed in the middle of my 'orientation and education' and when discussing "business", it felt as if the mentor was reading a script.

All that was said was actually common sense, nothing the average person would not already know. He gave a recipe for faxing, cold calling and I was sent a list with much the same problems as already posted... disconnected numbers, people wondering who the hell I was and some even asking, "who is WTA?". I want my money back, despite trying to make this thing work for almost three years, I've not made one penny and have put nearly $10,000 into it.

I give up. After accidently coming across this site by putting WTA in my search engine and I'm disgusted an sick to my stomach. If there is any way to recoup my money, let me know.

Do some research on the internet - looks like WTA is out of business, but more people are coming out with the information they have and pieces are starting to fall into place. Check out the latest posts on this site:

I think everyone who has been ripped off by WTA and IMG should start contacting the new money maker GSS! They are under the guise of Global Secure Services who is under Intelligent Force who is registered under Budget Corp in Nevada (they must have a special deal with NV, they sure seem to like their corporations). None of their new companies are registered on any yellow (or white) pages ? and neither are any of their listed officers (Tracey Padilla). Obviously their employees are having a harder time coming up with pseudo names ? huh, Shelby Ford?

Call them at their corporate office and listen for those familiar voices (888.415.7200) or try to get a hold of their new Brad Burke ? F. Steego at 702.284.

Current list of their scams are:
1. International Merchandise Group
2. World Traders Association
3. Musketeer Partners
4. Global Secure Services
5. Intelligent Force

We have more names in question to mention but we still have to check out a few things in order to be 100% certain.

Complaints already sent to these people, and have updated them with the new GSS, IF information?
1. Dateline (NBC)
2. 60 Minutes (CBS)
3. Attorney Genral's offices in CA, NV, CO, IL.
4. The Governor's offices in CA, NV, CO, IL.
5. The Federal Trade Commission
6. Every Senator in CA, NV, CO, IL.
7. The States Attorneys offices in CA, NV, CO, IL.
8.The Secretary of State offices in CA, NV, Co, IL.
9. 20/20 (ABC)
10. The BBB in CA, NV, CO, IL.

More to come?stay tuned?
