Complaint Review: World Travel Access LLC

In April 2014 we met with WTA reps here in Clovis, Ca & paid them $3600 to take over our time share at Tahiti Village Resort in Las Vegas run by Soleil Mgmt also in Las Vegas. We signed & had notarized all the paperwork sent to us. The 2 page contract we, along with several other couples who were there, was very clear so we went along with it. As of the contract date & the check we gave them there would be no more liability to us for that time share from now on as per the contract.

Eventually after pushing them hard with many phone calls & threats to report them to every agency I could think of we did end up in September 2014 with a recorded Deed of Trust Transfer out of our names & into WTA from the Clark County Recorder. But then in late December 2014 we find out that WTA hadn't transferred the ownership with Soleil Mgmt & Soleil is sending us collection letters for not paying management fees. By this time all the phone numbers we had for WTA were now disconnected so we went ahead & paid $1100 fees due for this year to keep our credit history unblemished.
