World Wide Discount Sales Did not ship material ordered or refund money paid Alhambra California
I placed an order with this co. in Dec, 03. I received an E mail from them acknowlegeing my order and said they would ship within 2 or 3 days. I have not received the material ordered. I have tried several times to contact them by phone messages and E mails with no response.
